Movement Lab

In TRG's March Movement Lab, we will explore "Drop Knees," a technique used on steep or overhanging terrain to bring your hips closer to the wall, increase your reach and reduce the weight on the arms. In this hour long class, you will learn drills to practice drop knees when you are climbing at the gym and apply them directly to climbs you are working on!
